Who say the movie is not that fantastic. No storyline, just the chase scene of two colours, one silver, another orange. It's just that Jessica Alba does not look that fantastic after all in here.

Was thinking that it's overall a cool movie and it's not that bad saying that you will not waste your tickets.

Never been so mad while queing up for fast food. Get the concept of fast food?!

I was intending to eat Burger King with Jener and since it's such a short queue, we should get our food fast.
But there's this auntie in front who hogged the damn queue, indecisive of what to eat, changing orders midway. We were so pissed that we actually ended up waiting for half hour to get to our turn!

I can't believe that such an inconsiderate person existed here!!!

I think the poor lady behind the counter should have the intention to tell her about her hogging pastime and if she still indecisive, ask her to stand aside! Moreover, the service was really poor that time.

Come to think of it... It's fast ! SO FAST!

I am really tired of doing pipes and lines... but i have to endure this for the next 5 years and people were just gonna move on to their next chapter of life.

3 weeks in the running and really, i must be amazed that i had actually see through 2 URA submissions and they are way tough for requirements. The whole A1 drawing are filled with words and the overwhelming effect actually covers your design and form of your work. Now that's new for a fresh-out interior design student.

Chances are coming towards each time and that's where i have to perform well. No more blur looks and constant repetitions with my boss.

Excited about my first pay next week... :) And to many, it's a routine but for me, it's a harvest...

Vatican's 10 Commandments for drivers

VATICAN CITY - The Vatican on Tuesday issued a set of "Ten Commandments" for drivers, telling motorists not to kill, not to drink and drive, and to help fellow travelers in case of accidents.

An unusual document from the Vatican's office for migrants and itinerant people also warned that cars can be "an occasion of sin" — particularly when they are used for dangerous passing or for prostitution.

It warned about the effects of road rage, saying driving can bring out "primitive" behavior in motorists, including "impoliteness, rude gestures, cursing, blasphemy, loss of sense of responsibility or deliberate infringement of the highway code."

It urged motorists to obey traffic regulations, drive with a moral sense, and to pray when behind the wheel.

Cardinal Renato Martino, who heads the office, told a news conference that the Vatican felt it necessary to address the pastoral needs of motorists because driving had become such a big part of contemporary life.

He noted that the Bible was full of people on the move, including Mary and Joseph, the parents of Jesus — and that his office is tasked with dealing with all "itinerant" people — including refugees, prostitutes, truck drivers and the homeless.

"We know that as a consequence of transgressions and negligence, 1.2 million people die each year on the roads," Martino said. "That's a sad reality, and at the same time, a great challenge for society and the church."

The document, "Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road," extols the benefits of driving — family outings, getting the sick to the hospital, allowing people to see other cultures.

But it laments a host of ills associated with automobiles: drivers use their cars to show off; driving "provides an easy opportunity to dominate others" by speeding; drivers can kill themselves and others if they don't get their cars regular tuneups, if they drink, use drugs or fall asleep at the wheel.

It also pointed the finger at traffic problems particular to Rome: "Danger also derives from city cars, which are driven by youngsters and adults who do not have (full) driving licenses, and the reckless use of motorbikes and motorcycles."

It called for drivers to obey speed limits and to exercise a host of Christian virtues: charity to fellow drivers, prudence on the roads, hope of arriving safely and justice in the event of crashes.

And it suggested prayer might come in handy — making the sign of the cross before starting off and saying the rosary along the way. The rosary was particularly well suited to recitation by all in the car since its "rhythm and gentle repetition does not distract the driver's attention."

The document is intended for bishops conferences around the world, and as such offered recommendations for their pastoral workers, including setting up chapels along motorways and having "periodic celebration of liturgies" at major road hubs, truck stops and restaurants.

The "Drivers' Ten Commandments," as listed by the document, are:

1. You shall not kill.

2. The road shall be for you a means of communion between people and not of mortal harm.

3. Courtesy, uprightness and prudence will help you deal with unforeseen events.

4. Be charitable and help your neighbor in need, especially victims of accidents.

5. Cars shall not be for you an expression of power and domination, and an occasion of sin.

6. Charitably convince the young and not so young not to drive when they are not in a fitting condition to do so.

7. Support the families of accident victims.

8. Bring guilty motorists and their victims together, at the appropriate time, so that they can undergo the liberating experience of forgiveness.

9. On the road, protect the more vulnerable party.

10. Feel responsible toward others.

Was feeling so relaxed cause i don't have to worry about booking in stuffs and all the 6am waking up with black shorts and grey admin tee.

But instead, i am stuck in a rather interesting routine that makes me less disciplined in my life.

Work from 9am onwards, not knowing what time can you knock off even though it's technically 6pm off work hours. That includes 1 hour of lunch time and cheap but good food to keep you away from lines, lines and more lines... and computer screen.
Still i got so much fun interacting into the society. Guess that's what they called the reality!

And since when Claire's so chirpy and beautiful?... Just look at her...

By the way, forget to update. I got this rare chance to drop by Bakerzin. After hearing good comments about the cakes there, me and my Jener decided to try it out and turns out that it's not a wasted trip to Vivocity after all. If you decided to rest your legs and wanna try something good, this' the place you wanna crib in.

Chocolate crunch cake.... i think that's the name of that... delicious!

And of course the star of all... 5 1/2 out of 5!

The strawberry shortcake!... light, smooth and not that conventional kind you will get from normal cafe. Probably the most delicious fruit cake i had eaten by far. . .

Getting so busy with submission at office that i got no time to look good. But looking shagged must be the newborn image after army.

Been the second week in office and i finally got the taste of being in an small architectural with more than 8 projects on hand. Small but cosy space, got music to listen, but no pantry to chill, good food surrounds the workplace and it's accessible. That's the best part working around the area. But morning crowds is definitely not my cup of tea. Got to live with it.

Drink Driving. Something that is so happening around the globe and famous and beautiful people are risking their life and career to break and bend the law.

Christopher Lee

Paris Hilton

Former MediaCorp celebrity, Benedict Goh

More recently, Shino Lee

And none of them wanna bear the full consequence.

I strongly think it's a coward act to avoid punishment. Like Paris Hilton, it's such a absurb act.

Chris Lee for one month. I find it quite light firstly.

I think the government should be meticulous in looking into the drink driving law and tighten the rules. It's pretty sad to spoilt the night by getting into trouble. And no one wanna land up in a police station, tipsy in the middle of the night.

I feel so free all of the sudden when i got hold of my IC. It's like waiting for it to happen in front of my eyes. 2 years flies and all the memories laid down subtly back into Kranji Camp. No look back upon exit the hugh gates.

There, so many things happened. Still remembering the 7 days SOL in camp. That suck!

New life approaching and there is a weird transition that is happening now. I got to be transformed...haha...

Just came back from my first day at PLACE Architect and my first day was actually a horrendous 11 hours of non stop working. Lunch was swift enough and the process was long. Now i know what's it like to be in a small firm, with few man power and more projects, big ones.

But on the other side, at least it's training. Like what i used to hear, "It's training... you better endure!..."

Sleepy eyes hanging on my face...

Head starts to go around, and never comes around...

She's trying to kill me...!

Relax, i am not high on drugs, neither am i attempting suicide. It's just pure playing. I went to the CLINIC after hearing numerous negative comments from friends. True enough, it's kinda disappointing to see a hospital-poser around. But i guess it's such a place that you won't wanna go there again. It's about experiencing.

However, for those curious to try the pub, go ahead with the packet drip of house spirit and syringes of vodka spirit... It's something different but time-taxing cause if you know how a drip works, you get what i mean!

Went drunk that night after drinking so much. Haha...

With just only 1.5k in my pockets and i have been able to make full use of it during the PC fair. Thank God for the PC fair cause i finally owned my laptop at only less than 1.4k !

New stuffs keep coming in towards the end and finally as well, i change my handphone to Nokia N73. Pretty old model but i kinda like it.

This period of time has been so great.

Went jogging with my cell and i am the Conducting on that day. Thought it's a small group which i always prefer, the group is spontaneous. Thank God for Mel, Dan, Gabe, Jehemiah and Paul for turning up and enjoying the run. It's really refreshing after the whole run.
